Neverending Story Sphinx 3D printable STL file

One of my favorite movies growing up was the 80's classic "The Neverending Story". I thought it was a shame they never made any toys, and it was one of the reasons I started getting into 3D printing. This model was probably the most ambitious I've designed, and I pulled elements from a variety of sources - face of a bhudda, feet from a t-rex, the hair plume is actually a smoke trail from a rocket model! It took many hours of work and a lot of love to get it to a point I was happy with, and while I wouldn't call it "screen accurate", there's no denying the memories it invokes!

I'd reccommend printing this at least 8" tall with support and at least a .2mm resolution. The file is for one sphinx only, mirror it to get a matched set- the only real difference will be which side the tail is on. Print in orange for the "guardian gate" set, or blue to match the "Southern Oracle". (the movie used the same models for both!) The fully printed model is available in another listing in my shop, this is for the STL file only.
