Shopper Terms and Privacy Notice

When you buy something on Mayhem Marketplace, you're buying from the seller, not from Mayhem. We only provide tools to help sellers collect and process their orders. This has a few important side-effects for you as a shopper:

  1. Mayhem is not responsible for the quality of the product. If you have a problem with the product, you should contact the seller directly.

  2. We have to share your information with the seller. The seller will see your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and any other information you provide during the purchase process. (The seller does not see your credit card number or other payment information.)

  3. Refunds and returns are up to the seller. If you want a refund or need to return the product, you should contact the seller directly.

Your Privacy When Ordering

We only collect the information needed to process your order. We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use it for marketing purposes. We only share your information with the seller so they can process your order.

We use PayPal for payments and other services. If you wish to use one of these services and pay on our website, PayPal may collect the personal data you provide, such as payment and other identifying information. PayPal uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us and others, including for fraud detection, harm and loss prevention, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to comply with applicable legal requirements. Your Privacy When Shopping

When you create a shopper account on Mayhem, we collect your name, email address, and date of birth. We may additionally collect your time zone, shipping preferences, shopping preferences, and other similar data. We use this information to provide you with a better shopping experience. We don't sell your information to third parties. We will not market to you unless you check the box that says "Market to Me" (there is none right now). We use cookies to track whether you're logged in (that's it).
