Refund and Return Policy
Your transaction is between you and the seller, and most disputes should be handled by contacting the seller. In some cases, you pay the seller through Mayhem's credit card processor or payment processor. In these cases, you have some additional protections from the marketplace.
Refunds for Non-Shipping
If you pay by credit card, you are eligible for a refund if the seller doesn't ship your item within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns or Refunds for Other Reasons
You should contact the seller directly to request a return or refund. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the seller, you can contact Mayhem support at [email protected].
Refunds by Payment Method
There are several ways to pay for items on Mayhem, and the refund process depends on the payment method.
If a seller uses our credit card processor, we can issue refunds to the credit card used for the purchase.
If a seller uses a different payment processor (like CashApp), the seller will have to issue the refund through that processor. You can also contact the payment provider directly.
