This is a Captain Carson Teva Rancor patch as seen on his bomber jacket in the show Ahsoka. The patch has an iron on backing but I suggest it be sewn down to prevent peeling. I made this patch according to screenshots form the show and photos from the internet. The measurements are as follows:
