Our normal turnaround time is 2–3 weeks from the time your order is placed. This allows for:
• A few days for design and approval
• Approximately 1–1.5 weeks for professional UV printing
• 2–3 days to assemble, inspect, and package your collar by hand

If your dog is into dock diving, swimming, hiking, play, or just general everyday adventure - it’s time to upgrade to UV print. Unlike heat‑transfer vinyl, UV‑printed graphics are designed to handle water, friction, and extended use while retaining their bold look.

🛠️ Please Note:
While UV-printed designs are far more durable than vinyl, no collar is completely immune to wear or damage - especially with frequent exposure to rough surfaces, dragging, chewing, or extreme activity. Scratches, rubbing on pavement or crates, and heavy-duty use may eventually show on the printed surface.

That said, UV printing offers the most resilient, long-lasting design option available and is the best choice for dogs who play hard, swim often, or work in active environments.

📐 Design Approval & Color Disclaimer:
Before your collar is printed, you'll receive a photo mockup of your custom design to approve. This gives you the chance to confirm placement, colors, and layout before we bring your vision to life.

Please note that printed colors may vary slightly from the on-screen mockup due to differences in monitor settings and the nature of printing on Biothane® material. We do our best to match colors as closely as possible, but slight variation is normal.

How to Measure Your Dog’s Neck
Each collar is custom-made with a 3-inch adjustable range and 5 adjustment holes spaced ¾" apart.

Method 1: Flexible Measuring Tape
• Wrap the tape snugly around your dog’s neck where the collar normally sits.
• Make sure two fingers fit between the tape and neck.
• Record the measurement in inches.

Method 2: Measuring an Existing Collar
• Lay the collar flat.
• Measure from the center of the buckle to the hole your dog uses most.

📏 Tip: Always double-check your measurement. If in doubt, size up for comfort.

Hardware Options

🛠️ Note: Plating may show wear over time, but this does not affect hardware strength or integrity.

Care & Maintenance
Rinse anytime after water or muddy play, dry off hardware.
Regularly inspect hardware and print surface for wear.
This collar is built tough - but like any gear, extreme rough-housing may affect longevity. No collar is indestructible or immune to damage from dog nails, teeth, branches, etc.
