Kinopea is a rules-lite Tabletop roleplaying game inspired by the sacks of Rome and Constantinople. It takes place within the fantasy world of Arde on the continent of Elbe. Located south of the White Sea, Kinopea is a jeweled city of fantastic wealth and power. Recently its aura invincibility was snuffed by an invading force of rabble known as the Kiryu. To staunch the bleeding, a powerful sorcerer-cum-emperor performed a ritual to preserve Lustarai power. In doing so, he tied them forever to the powerful Aether Node beating in the heart of the city.

Players take on the role of a Lustarai from Kinopea adapting to their new-found reliance on Aether. Additionally, navigating city life Kinopea is often deadly. In it clans, families, and powerful political factions vie for power. Your characters are caught in the middle.
