I will contact you via the email you provided when ordering within 24 hours to confirm your order and address any questions or next steps. Once we agree on a design approach, I will provide an estimated cost and completion timeline based on the design.

You will have one round of feedback on the design before we finalize the necklace. If additional changes are needed after this round, an additional design fee charge will apply. After it’s completed, I will create a custom listing for you to purchase in my shop.
