Refunds for Monthly Plans
There are no refunds for monthly plans. If you cancel your monthly plan, you will not be charged again at the next billing cycle. Your account will remain active and 'paid up' until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds for Annual Plans
The purpose of the annual plan is to provide a discount for sellers who want to commit to a full year of service. You may request a refund within 30 days of the plan purchase date if your life circumstances have changed significantly. If approved, you will receive 90% of your payment back. After 30 days, the annual plan is non-refundable. You may, however, request that we gift your plan to another seller. Open a support ticket in your seller dashboard to request a refund or gift.
