Mayhem Marketplace offers two plans for Mayhem pages: Basic and Standard (formerly "Basic+CC"). Both plans allow you to create a Mayhem page, list products for sale, and accept payments from your customers. The main difference between the two plans is how you accept payments.

Basic Plan

Our Basic plan costs $5 per month. This plan allows you to create a Mayhem page, list products for sale, and redirect your customers to your PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp account to accept payments. You must manually mark orders as paid in your Mayhem dashboard once you receive payment from your customer. There is no integration between your Mayhem page and your payment account, and you have to reconcile your sales and orders manually.

The Basic plan also includes one custom page that you can use as an "About Me" or similar. Blog features are not included in the Basic plan.

Standard (formerly Basic+CC) Plan

Our Standard plan costs $10 per month. This plan includes all the features of the Basic plan, plus integrations to accept PayPal, Venmo, and Credit Card payments directly on your page and automatically. You must have or create a PayPal account to do this, and they will manage your payouts. However, your customers will be charged the PayPal service fee instead of you, currently 2.59% + $0.49 per transaction. This fee goes directly to PayPal.

The Standard plan also allows you 100 custom pages, which you can use for your About Me, Rate Cards, Services, or other pages. The Standard plan will also soon include blogging features, including posting video content and pushing content to your followers on the Marketplace.

Annual Pricing vs Monthly Pricing

Each of the plans comes with a monthly pricing and an annual pricing option. There is no difference in features between these payment options. The annual pricing option is simply a way to save money by paying for a year upfront.

On an annual plan, when the year ends, you must re-pay manually to buy another year.

The monthly plan is a subscription that will automatically rebill you each month for 12 months, and then stop. When it stops, you must resubscribe manually to continue using the service. You can cancel at any time.
