Record-Keeping Requirements

Mayhem Makers LLC, operating the platform Mayhem RED (mayhem.red), is in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 CFR Part 75, which mandate the maintenance of records pertaining to all visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct published on our platform.

Record Keeping Policy

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on Mayhem RED have been at least 18 years of age at the time of the creation of such depictions. All other individuals who were involved in creating said content were also at least 18 years of age at such time.

Verification Procedures

Mayhem RED requires all content creators to:

  1. Verify the identity and age of all models appearing in their content
  2. Maintain records of government-issued photo identification
  3. Submit signed model release forms
  4. Keep records of the date of production for all content
  5. Provide this information to Mayhem RED upon request

Third-Party Content

For user-generated content, Mayhem RED requires content creators to certify compliance with these record-keeping requirements and to provide appropriate documentation on demand. Content creators are responsible for maintaining their own records in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

Prohibited Content

Mayhem RED strictly prohibits:

  • Content featuring individuals under 18 years of age
  • Content suggesting or implying that any performer is under 18 years of age
  • Content that does not comply with record-keeping requirements
  • Content that violates any applicable regional laws or regulations
